Introduction
The covering flux products are mainly used to cover the liquid steel in ladle and tundish.The products can effectively avoid re-oxidization and thermal radiation,mean while they possess good advantages as good thermal insulation properly,good spreadability,strong absorption of inclusions(tundish),compound and fluidized,no corrosion to lining,no crust,no pollution to environment etc.They are new generation of covering flux products.
Applocation and characteristics
1.The products are packaged 5kg/bag and 10kg/bag,or under the customer’s requirements.
2.Put the products on the surface of liquid steel in ladle or tundish,the dosage is 0.5 ~1.5kg per ton liquid steel(According to the actual situation).
